Sue Foster-Blanchard

Sue Foster-Blanchard came to California in 1980 and gained a background in Real Estate Development. She began her escrow career in 1984, where her professionalism and passion for the business quickly made her one of the top Escrow Officers in Huntington Beach. In 1993 Sue, along with her husband Bill, founded Concord Escrow with the same philosophies she had become known for. Her commitment to client relationships has helped Concord Escrow grow into one of the most respected escrow firms in Orange County. In her spare time, Sue enjoys paddle boarding and traveling with her husband Bill as well as spending time outdoors with her two children and five grandchildren.
Mary Marinko
Senior Escrow Officer, Office Manager
Mary Marinko has specialized in transactions involving residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial sales, and exchanges. Since joining Concord Escrow she has become proficient in problem solving and complex transactions, including but not limited to AITDs, Short Sales and T.I.C.s. Due to her focus and personality she has developed a clientele of some of Orange County’s top real estate agents and brokers who rely on her expertise to provide a pleasant and professional closing. Mary obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development at California State University of Fullerton. She began her escrow career in 1990 and joined Concord Escrow in 1995. She continues to develop her industry knowledge and expertise through continuing education courses and seminars. When not doing escrow, Mary is busy at home with her husband and their two children. She enjoys working out, golfing and outside activities.
Samantha Cheney
Escrow Officer
Samantha Cheney graduated from UCSB with a degree in Political Science, while working in accounting. She began her escrow career in 1997 with Concord Escrow, following in the footsteps of successful real estate parents. Samantha was an Exchange Officer while building her client portfolio then managed a new branch office for Concord Escrow in 2005. Samantha is married with two children, works out and enjoys golfing. Favorite way to chill from escrow is boating on Lake Nacieminto.
Lyndsay McDuffey
Escrow Officer
Lyndsay McDuffey began her escrow career in 2001 and joined Concord Escrow in 2016. She is proficient in Residential and Commercial Resale’s, Short Sales, Probate Sales, REO’s, Manufactured Homes, Refinances, and specializes in high liability properties. Lyndsay believes communication is the key. Along with her attention to detail and a proactive approach, she strives to make every transaction a smooth and positive experience for her clients. Lyndsay is a Huntington Beach native, current resident and is an active member in the community. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, camping and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
Diana Lane
Escrow Officer
Diana Lane began her escrow career in 1992 and joined Concord Escrow in 1998. She handles refinance transactions and residential, multi-family, Commercial sales, and exchanges. When not doing escrow, Diana is busy at home with her 3 girls. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Danielle Banford
Escrow Officer
Danielle Banford began her escrow career in 2002 and joined Concord Escrow in 2008. Danielle handles refinances, residential, multi family, FSBO transactions. She prides herself on paying attention to detail and providing clients with excellent escrow service. Danielle is married with 3 children and enjoys family vacations, music, comedy and outdoor activities.
Alyssa Wheless
Escrow Assistant
Alyssa Wheless is a California native and started at Concord Escrow in 2016. She has quickly proven her passion for detail and compassion for her clients. She has a background in Senior and Disabled Adult Care and worked as an administrator for an assisted living facility. Alyssa is an accomplished musician, an expert percussionist and in her spare time she likes being outdoors enjoying all that Southern California has to offer.
Bill Blanchard

Bill Blanchard is a California native and graduated with a Degree in Business from Cal State Fullerton. He began as a Real Estate Broker in 1976, and in 1985 transitioned into Real Estate Development. In 1993, with his wife Sue, he founded Concord Escrow and has grown the company into one of the leading escrow firms in Orange County. Bill enjoys boating, skiing and traveling with his wife Sue, as well as spending time with his two children and five grandchildren.
